They felt like a pretty strong weapon with a cool firing and reload animation. Slowly but surely, Soma Prime somewhat faded away, but the Akstiletto Prime didn’t. I always liked to use the Soma Prime when it was somewhat new, so when I saw a miniature, dual-wielding version of the Soma, I was blown away. The little rings looked similar to Volt’s default armour pieces on his arms and were almost always visible. While other players flaunted wings made from Boltaces, I used the Kogake to give my little Volt a bit more style. However, the Kogake was also good because it worked a bit like a cosmetic. The Hirudo, the infested sparring weapon, is probably your best bet these days. At the time though, there was only Kogake and Obex, and it wasn’t until later that we got Grineer and Infested sparring weapons. There was nothing more cathartic than punching a Corpus guy in the face. Rakta Cernos, Mutalist Cernos, Cernos Prime and Proboscis Cernos Kogakeįor a while, I was really into using sparring weapons. But since there are now three Cernoses better than the Rakta Cernos, there was no way the Rakta Cernos would ever be able to keep up. Stat-wise, the Rakta Cernos fires pretty quickly and it has a unique holster position, held centrally on your Warframe’s back. Why? Probably because it’s a Syndicate weapon, belonging to the Red Veil. However, the Rakta Cernos often gets left out. The Cernos family consists of nothing but bows, from, well, a normal bow, into a Primed weapon and two horrific, mutated weapons. I’ve always liked bows, they’re cool weapons. Here’s to a trip down memory lane for some of my old favourites. However, even with my many years of grinding the newest shiny, there were weapons that I loved which, unfortunately, ended up getting forgotten about. There was a lot of time spent leveling up weapons then moving onto the next one. My weapons these days are all powerful ones, like the Kuva Bramma or the Arca Plasmor. The other day, I was looking back through some old Warframe screenshots when I made a sudden realization.
